Communion
is served the first Sunday of each month and at other special times.
The Lord’s table is open to people of all ages who wish to partake in
this sacrament.
We
encourage all children to stay with their families and worship together.
However, if you feel your young one is too young to sit in the service,
baby-sitting is provided in the nursery. At
the Children’s Moment, all children are invited to the front for a short
lesson and prayer, then those in 2nd grade and younger are invited to the Sunday
School rooms for Prime Time lessons.
Other children may return to the pew with their families.
Following the service, please join us in Nisbet Hall for coffee, punch and Fellowship, followed by our small group study called "Going Deep".
Going Deep is our version of Sunday school. It offers different types of classes that will help you connect with others and grow in your faith. Topics currently under discussion include an adult class titled “Marriage Built to Last”, a discussion about the Book of Acts, and a class called “Achieving the Vision”. Our teens continue to discuss the devotional book 31 Verses Every Teenager Should Know About Identity, and our younger children are looking at different Bible stories using the curriculum “Rooted”.
